I offer full photography campaigns and even stepping into full productions including video, drones (and all the permits, yes!). Usage rights scoped per project - let me know what you need!
Not every photographer can carry gear for 4 hours to get to a hidden lake somewhere to make the most amazing photographs for your product.
Not every photographer has the right skills, insurance, or knows the permits required to do that for you.
Not every photographer has a team of people they work with to provide you with everything you need, from stills to hero videos, to social media reels.
So, if you need backcountry photoshoots - you’ve found what you've been looking for.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for tourism operators and outdoor gear brands, for private walks and guided Great Walks, for hiking backpacks and hiking boots, for tents and sleeping bags, for alpine equipment and alpine guiding companies - if it gets me shooting outdoors by an alpine lake, I’m on it.
New Zealand (particularly in the North Island, but if you're in the south, don't fret - I travel often!).
HOW DO WE WORK?
STEP 1
Well, we start by having a meeting to discuss your goals, and then I go back and create a proposal for you. I make sure I capture everything you need, and will generally offer two different options depending on what we’ve discussed.
STEP 2
Once we agree on the scope, we go ahead and plan the shoot - with you, but taking on the leg of the work from you (for example, getting whatever permits we need!). If I need to get more people involved, I’ll brief and manage them, so that you don’t have to be chasing people around.
STEP 3
Shooting time! The relevant crew meets on site, we hike, we stay in the tents, we wait for golden hour - all we need to do to get your product or service shining.
STEP 4
We edit, and you get your imagery. DONE!
What's included?
Well, I organise everything that we need to get your photos in the right place - from planning videographers, drones, permits, talent, accommodation when required (though sometimes it's a tent) - you name it!

Outdoor Photography project focus in Tongariro
I worked with The Quarters (a boutique accommodation in Tūrangi which you should totally check out) to create a mix of photography and short-form video content showcasing the experiences around the area, including golfing, heli-biking and fly-fishing!
The goal was to capture the activities and the accessibility from The Quarters, located near Tongariro National Park.
I delivered a full commercial image gallery alongside video assets for social and web use, and THIS was their feedback:
